FREE Guided Walks 2026
We are thrilled to share that thanks to being awarded the Walking Cycling Grant London we will be offering 18 circular, guided walk for people living with dementia, family caregivers and bereaved carers, starting 14 March 2026.
All walks will start and finish at The Railway Pub in West Wickham, who kindly provides the walkers with complementary tea and coffee afterwards.
Formfilling Support Sessions
We aim to restart these session as soon as possible.

- If you are an individual, you can help to make this happen by playing our weekly lottery and who knows: you may win the weekly prize or even the jackpot💷
During clinic days, Symbiosia supports people experiencing financial and emotional hardship for free with form-filling and simple legal advice.
Our Director, Henry Trumpington, leads on these clinics and we are tremendously grateful for the (student) volunteer input to maximise our impact.
The in-person clinics usually take place in South or Central London. If you like to keep informed on dates, please sign up to our newsletter as a social prescriber.
Initially these sessions were mostly funded by small grants. We are now working towards funding these solely via our Corporate Wellness: high quality and harmonising training for organisations.
