One to one: personalised Wellness
Like a refreshing walk in the park

Time for you to digest stress points, feel less overwhelmed and refreshed. A moment of calm admits the pressures of life.

Duration: 50 minutes

Method: via Zoom

You will be guided into relaxation, following a reflection of your pressure points. Create that anchor point for yourself where you can catch your breath.

The session includes a personalised guided meditation replenishing and making you feel ready for the remainder of the day.
